Service Description

This session is designed for the leader (and potentially one subject matter expert) to discuss details on a special project they'd like to get traction. We will review details and start setting up success criteria for the project so that I can develop a proposal. The session is designed for one to two people. If additional people need to be added, let me know in the booking notes. Call to discuss if you'd prefer doing this session in person.
